STEREOMUD Finish Work On Sophomore Album, Prepare To Hit The Road

September 29, 2002

New York-based STEREOMUD, who feature in their ranks former members of LIFE OF AGONY and STUCK MOJO, have finished mixing their as-yet-untitled sophomore effort with Jack Joseph Puig (HOLE, GOO GOO DOLLS, BECK) at a Los Angeles studio for an early 2003 release through Loud/Columbia Records. "We've been hearing some 'tentative' plans of a January release which means we'll be going back out on the road sometime this fall, stated drummer Dan Richardson. "If all goes well we will begin rehearsals in October and get back out there for a November-December tour."

The follow-up to 2001's Perfect Self was produced by John Travis (KID ROCK, BUCKCHERRY) and will include the following cuts, among others: "Dropdown", "Anythingbutjesus", "Control Freak", "Breathing", "Yesterday" and "Show Me".
